Production of meat and poultry meat products

The company is engaged in the preparation of meat products specializing in ham, shoulder and sausage of Iberian pigs. It was founded by Manuel A. Curto and Carmen Hernandez in December of 1989. It has its registered business office strategically located in Mozarbez, Spain. The activity started with the preparation of selected Iberian sausages (pork loin, chorizo, salchichon and longaniza). It is also involved in the preparation pre-sliced meat of various types and boned ham and shoulder. It operates production facility with one space for quartering, for preparation, drying and for curing of hams and shoulders. The products it offers include: ham, shoulder, pork loin, neck pork loin, chorizo, and longaniza.
